Terms and Conditions

Payments are due at the time of treatment unless agreed prior. Online bookings - Payments will be taken at the time of booking.

Please pay by card were possible

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will incur a cancellation fee of £25

Invoices can be paid via BAC’ Payment, please contact us for our bank details for payment.

NEW PATIENTS

If you are a new patient to Every Step Podiatry or have not been seen by us in 2 years, please read the information below to save time during your appointment so we can give your treatment the full care and attention it deserves.

We aim to ensure that you are well informed of what to expect in your first appointment in terms of cost and treatment plans.

To save time, please complete our Medical History and Consent form prior to your appointment. A link to the online form will be sent with your booking confirmation email.
You can also print and complete your Medical History and Consent form and bring with you to your appointment.

All information is held securely and is only used for the purposes of your treatment and subsequent visits if required.  We may need to discuss your treatment with your GP in which case we will ask for your consent before doing so
